Why ProSuite OS exists

ProSuite OS is built on one belief: matching people to opportunity shouldn't be a manual, one-sided guessing game. It should be infrastructure — the matching engine between people and opportunity, delivered as a real system, not a one-off tool.

The company was founded on 19 July 2026 by Anand Radhakrishnan, after more than two decades in IT delivery — split across e-learning and healthcare — most recently in program and delivery management. Career OS and Employer OS came out of the same underlying idea: the AI that helps a job seeker know their fit for a role can just as usefully be pointed at an employer's own open positions first.

The first version shipped on 15 August 2026. It's a young company, run deliberately small — which is also why both products stay this direct about what they do and don't do with your data.
