Healthcare Toolkit Terms

These terms apply to the NABH Entry-Level Readiness Kit and the DPDP Readiness Toolkit for Healthcare Providers (the “toolkits”). ProSuite OS is a sole proprietorship of Anand Radhakrishnan, registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam (Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-TN-02-0521002), and is not an incorporated company.

1. What you’re buying

Each toolkit is a set of editable Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, tailored from your answers to a questionnaire about your facility, to help your team prepare. These toolkits provide templates and guidance to help your team prepare. They are not legal advice, and they do not guarantee compliance, certification, accreditation, or approval for cashless insurance.

ProSuite OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by NABH. Always check current requirements, fees and standards on the NABH portal.
Have your legal adviser review the drafts before you adopt them. Check the obligations and timelines that apply to you against the official DPDP Act and Rules.

2. Prices

NABH Entry-Level Readiness Kit: founding price ₹9,999 (list price ₹19,999) for one facility with up to 50 beds; ₹16,999 (list ₹34,999) for 51 to 100 beds.
DPDP Readiness Toolkit for Healthcare Providers: founding price ₹7,499 (list price ₹14,999) for one facility with up to 100 beds.
The founding price applies when your completed questionnaire reaches us by 31 December 2026. After that, the list price applies.
For more than 100 beds or more than one site, we confirm the price with you before you pay a deposit.
Prices are one-time, in Indian rupees, and payments are processed by Razorpay.

3. Reserving and the deposit

You reserve a toolkit by paying a ₹999 deposit. It counts towards your price.
The deposit is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying it. After that it isn’t refundable, but it still counts towards your price and keeps your place in the queue.
We may pause new reservations for a while when we are preparing as many kits as we can deliver on time. While paused, you can join a waitlist at no cost.

4. Questionnaire and delivery

After you reserve, we send you a questionnaire about your facility. Fill it in whenever you’re ready.
Your toolkit is ready within 30 days of your completed questionnaire; we aim for 14. Kits are prepared in the order completed questionnaires reach us.
When it’s ready, you see a preview (the contents and a few sample pages), then pay the balance to receive the editable files.
One round of revisions within 14 days of delivery is included.

5. Refunds

Missed delivery. If your toolkit isn’t ready within 30 days of your completed questionnaire, everything you’ve paid is refunded in full on request.
Changing your mind. Ask within 7 days of paying the deposit for a full refund of it.
After delivery. Because the files are digital, there is no refund once the editable files are delivered, unless the toolkit is materially different from what its page describes.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

6. Using the documents

The documents are for your own facility. You may adapt, edit and use them for your facility’s work. You may not resell, republish or share them with other organisations as templates.

7. Liability

Our liability for a toolkit is limited to the amount paid for it. Decisions on certification, accreditation or insurance rest with the assessing body or insurer, and how the documents are adopted rests with your team.

8. Your information

We keep the details you give when you reserve, and your questionnaire answers, to prepare and deliver your toolkit and to contact you about it. The questionnaire asks only about your facility; please never send us any patient’s details. The full Privacy Policy explains how ProSuite OS handles personal data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
