- 3We prepare your toolkit, tailored to those answers, within 30 days of your completed questionnaire. You see a preview, pay the balance, and receive the editable files.
- 4Your team and legal adviser review the drafts, adapt them and put them into practice.

Terms
- Reserve with a ₹999 deposit. It counts towards the price.
- The deposit is refunded in full on request within 7 days of payment. After that it isn't refundable, but it still counts towards your price and keeps your place in the queue.
- The founding price of ₹7,499 applies when your completed questionnaire reaches us by 31 December 2026. After that, the list price of ₹14,999 applies.
- After you reserve, we send a short questionnaire. Fill it in whenever you're ready: your kit is ready within 30 days of the completed questionnaire, and we aim for 14.
- When it’s ready, you see a preview (the contents and a few sample pages), then pay the balance to receive the editable files.
- If your kit isn’t ready within 30 days of your completed questionnaire, everything you’ve paid is refunded in full on request.
- One round of revisions within 14 days of delivery is included.
- Because the files are digital, there is no refund once the editable files are delivered, unless the kit is materially different from what this page describes.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days.

- Is this legal advice?
- No. It’s templates and guidance. Have your legal adviser review the drafts before you adopt them.
- Does it make us compliant?
- No toolkit can promise that. Compliance depends on what your organisation actually does with the policies and processes. The toolkit gives you a tailored starting point.
- We’re a small clinic. Does the law apply to us?
- Very likely, if you keep patient data digitally: the Act covers organisations that process digital personal data, whatever their size. The government can exempt some classes of organisations from some provisions, so check how it applies to you with your legal adviser.
- What if you don’t deliver on time, or I change my mind?
- If your kit isn’t ready within 30 days of your completed questionnaire, everything you’ve paid is refunded in full. If you change your mind, ask within 7 days of paying the deposit and it’s refunded in full.
