How the ProSuite OS Career Map works
Your 4-week job search plan, built around the minutes you have and what is actually holding your search back.
How it works
- 1. Answer nine quick questions. Where your search stands, what kind of move you are making, how your applications are going, what holds you back, and how many minutes you have on a weekday. About 90 seconds.
- 2. See your plan straight away. A plain diagnosis of what is likely holding your search back, one short first step, and all of week 1, task by task. No email needed for that.
- 3. Keep the full plan if you want it. Email yourself all four weeks, and add them to Career Daily as one task a weekday with due dates, weekends free. We ask before adding anything.
What makes it different
- You see the value before we ask for anything.
- Most plan quizzes make you give an email before you see a thing. Here the diagnosis and your whole first week are on screen first. The email is only for the full four weeks.
- It starts from what is holding your search back.
- Someone who applies and hears nothing needs a different plan from someone who gets interviews but no offers, or someone returning after a break. The plan is built for that, not for a generic job seeker.
- It is sized to the time you really have.
- Ten minutes a weekday gives a lighter plan than forty-five. A plan you can keep up beats an ambitious one you drop in week two.
- It never invents numbers.
- No made-up chance of landing an offer, no inflated user counts, no stock testimonials. It tells you what to do and why, and it says what it cannot promise.
- Your answers stay with you until you choose otherwise.
- They live in your browser tab while you answer. We store them only if you ask for the emailed plan, and you can unsubscribe from the follow-ups at any time.
- It connects to tools you can use today.
- Tasks point to the free ATS Resume Checker, ScamShield AI for unknown recruiter messages, and the Smart Apply, Interview Prep and Career Daily tools in ProSuite OS.
What it does not do
It does not guarantee interviews or offers, it does not apply to jobs for you, and it is not a substitute for advice on your own situation. It gives you a clear, realistic order of work and makes it easy to keep up.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Career Map free, and do I need an account?
It is free and needs no account. You can take the quiz, see your diagnosis and week 1, and stop there. An account is only needed if you want the plan added to Career Daily.
Does it guarantee a job?
No, and nothing honest can. It is a plan for the work that tends to move a job search forward: a clear target, a resume that reads well, applications matched to the role, people and interview practice. The doing is yours.
What happens to my answers?
While you answer, they stay in your browser tab. If you ask for the emailed plan, we store your email and your answers so we can send it and the follow-ups. We use them only for that. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
What will you email me?
The full plan straight away, then three short follow-up tips over the next two weeks: a nudge for your first step and one for each of weeks 2 and 3. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you add the plan to Career Daily, the follow-ups stop.
I only have 10 minutes a day. Will it still work?
Yes. The plan is sized to your time, so a short day gets fewer, smaller tasks. Regular small steps are what keep a job search moving.
I am returning after a break, or changing field. Is it for me?
Yes. Those are two of the starting points the plan is built around. It begins with how you tell your story and shows that your skills are current, before applications and people.
Can I change the plan after I add it to Career Daily?
Yes. They are ordinary Career Daily tasks. Move a date, edit one or delete it, like any other task.
Who is behind this?
ProSuite OS, the same team behind the free ATS Resume Checker and ScamShield AI. The Career Map is another free tool built to be useful on its own.
